How To Invite An Employee To Register For Their Patriot Software Employee Portal
You can send a registration invitation email to each employee. When the employee receives the email invitation, they can sign up for their employee portal and access the portal immediately.
There are three ways to send an employee a portal registration invitation email:
- During the Setup Wizard: As a new customer when you add employees in the wizard, enter their email address and check the box Send Employee Portal Registration Email. The invitation will be sent to this email address when you finish adding the employee.
- Adding a new employee after the Wizard: When you add a new employee anytime after you have completed the setup wizard by going to Payroll > Employees > Add Employee, enter their email address, and check the box Send Employee Portal Registration Email. The invitation will be sent to this email address when you finish adding the employee.
- Existing employees: For existing employees you have already added, go to their record under Payroll > Employees > Employee List > Select Employee Name.
- If the employee does not have an email address entered in their record, click Add Email Address and enter the employees email, and click Save. Then click Send Invite.
- If the employee already has an email address on their record, click Send Invite.
- You will see a green confirmation message at the top of the page Employee Portal Invitation Sent!

As a payroll customer of Patriot Software, your employees have access to their own employee portal at www.MyPatriot.com at no additional cost. Each employee will create their own username and password, and can access their own paycheck information, tax withholding information, time cards , and other employment information pertaining to them.
To Edit Or Inactivate A Direct Deposit Account
- Click the Edit icon in the row of the account. You can inactivate or activate an account, or change the nickname, or the amount. If you need to change the ABA, account number, or account type, you will need to delete this account and add a new one. When you inactivate a direct deposit account, the information will be saved, but no money will be deposited into that account.

Q My Employee Forgets Their Login Information And I Cant Resend The Invitation What Do I Do
You wont be able to resend an invite if the portal registration is complete. If the employee cant log into their portal, they can recover the username and password by clicking the links Forgot Username or Forgot Password on www.mypatriot.com. You can let them know what email was used for the invitation link by going to their employee record and viewing the personal info. The email that is on the employees record will receive the recovery emails.
Size And Scope Of Disclosures
The exact size of Snowden’s disclosure is unknown, but Australian officials have estimated 15,000 or more Australian intelligence files and British officials estimate at least 58,000 British intelligence files were included. NSA Director Keith Alexander initially estimated that Snowden had copied anywhere from 50,000 to 200,000 NSA documents. Later estimates provided by U.S. officials were in the order of 1.7 million, a number that originally came from Department of Defense talking points. In July 2014, The Washington Post reported on a cache previously provided by Snowden from domestic NSA operations consisting of “roughly 160,000 intercepted e-mail and instant-message conversations, some of them hundreds of pages long, and 7,900 documents taken from more than 11,000 online accounts.” A U.S. Defense Intelligence Agency report declassified in June 2015 said that Snowden took 900,000 Department of Defense files, more than he downloaded from the NSA.

To Add A New Direct Deposit Account
Click the Add New link. A set of blank fields will appear.
Account Nickname: Enter an optional nickname for this bank account.
ABA Routing Number: This is the 9 digit routing/ABA number that identifies the employees bank. Enter this twice.
Account Number: Enter the employees bank checking/savings account number twice. If the employee is using a pay card or debit card, enter the actual bank checking/savings account number associated with the pay card, not the pay card or debit card card number.
Account Type: Select either Checking or Savings.
Deposit Entire Net Pay? If this is the first account for this employee, and you want to deposit the entire net pay into this account, choose Yes. If the employee will be depositing into more than one bank account, choose No.
Direct Deposit Type: If you have chosen No above, the employee may designate either a flat dollar amount or a percentage of their net pay to go into another account. Select the Direct Deposit Type, either a fixed amount or percentage.
Amount: Enter either the flat dollar or percent amount.
Click Add Account.
Once the employees direct deposit information has been entered and a payroll has been processed, the pay information will be included in the direct deposit NACHA file.

About Usernames And Passwords
Your username is not case-sensitive , but your password is case sensitive If youre having trouble entering your password, make sure your Caps Lock key isnt accidentally turned on.
Your password must contain:
- at least one lowercase letter
- at least one uppercase letter
- at least one number
- at least one special character
Currently, Patriot Software allows for only one username and password to access your companys account. You could also use Google SSO if you had previously set it up.

Eric Holder Letter To Russian Justice Minister
In a letter to Russian Minister of Justice Aleksandr Konovalov dated July 23, 2013, U.S. Attorney GeneralEric Holder repudiated Snowden’s claim to refugee status and offered a limited validity passport good for direct return to the U.S. He stated that Snowden would not be subject to torture or the death penalty, and would receive a trial in a civilian court with proper legal counsel. The same day, the Russian president’s spokesman reiterated that his government would not hand over Snowden, commenting that Putin was not personally involved in the matter and that it was being handled through talks between the FBI and Russia’s FSB.
Release Of Nsa Documents
Snowden’s decision to leak NSA documents developed gradually following his March 2007 posting as a technician to the Geneva CIA station. Snowden later made contact with Glenn Greenwald, a journalist working at The Guardian. He contacted Greenwald anonymously as “Cincinnatus” and said he had sensitive documents that he would like to share. Greenwald found the measures that the source asked him to take to secure their communications, such as encrypting email, too annoying to employ. Snowden then contacted documentary filmmaker Laura Poitras in January 2013. According to Poitras, Snowden chose to contact her after seeing her New York Times article about NSA whistleblower William Binney. What originally attracted Snowden to Greenwald and Poitras was a Salon article written by Greenwald detailing how Poitras’s controversial films had made her a target of the government.
Greenwald began working with Snowden in either February or April 2013, after Poitras asked Greenwald to meet her in New York City, at which point Snowden began providing documents to them.Barton Gellman, writing for The Washington Post, says his first direct contact was on May 16, 2013. According to Gellman, Snowden approached Greenwald after the Post declined to guarantee publication within 72 hours of all 41 PowerPoint slides that Snowden had leaked exposing the PRISM electronic data mining program, and to publish online an encrypted code allowing Snowden to later prove that he was the source.

You can view the status of each of your employee portal software registrations by going to Payroll > Employees > Employee List. The last column in the list is Portal Registration.
- Send Invite: The employee has not yet been sent an invitation. You can click Send Invite to go to their record and send the email invitation.
- Invite Sent: The employee has been sent an email invitation, but has not yet registered.
- Invite Sent : The employee has been sent an invitation, has not registered and the invite link has expired. You can click Resend Send Invite on the employee record their record and send the email invitation under the Employee Portal tab.
- Complete: The employee has received the email and registered for their portal access.
