Trump Vs Rashida Tlaib
This tweet is in reference to recent news of Israel banning representatives Tlaib and Ilhan Omar from entering the country due to their support for BDS which is a direct assault on Israels economy and sovereignty. Tlaib hopped on Twitter to condemn Israel for not allowing her to see her grandmother .
Tlaib wanted to cause Trouble and seek out drama. If not, she would have attended the official congressional delegation last week. Her goal was to go to Israel, undermine it and praise their enemies. Nice try, but anyone who isnt an Islamist sees through this scheme.

Terrible! Just found out that Obama had my wires tapped in Trump Tower just before the victory. Nothing found. This is McCarthyism!
In a succession of tweets on March 4, 2017, Trump stated he had just found out that his predecessor Obama had wiretapped the phones in his offices at Trump Tower during the last months of the 2016 election. Trump did not say where he had obtained the information and offered no evidence to support it. Trump compared the alleged intrusion to McCarthyism and Watergate. Anonymous White House officials told The Washington Post that Trump did not appear to coordinate his comments with other White House officials.
Although no evidence supported Trumps claims, the tweets resulted in a week of media attention. Fake news websites also took up the allegations, and one falsely claimed that a warrant for Obamas arrest had been given.

The Craziest Meeting Of The Trump Presidency
After the US electoral college met on , confirming Joe Biden as president-elect, Mr Trump scrambled for a way to cling to power by force, according to the committee.
On December 18, a gaggle of his outside advisors including lawyers Rudy Giuliani and Sidney Powell, and former national security adviser Michael Flynn paid a surprise visit to the White House.
What followed quickly became the stuff of legend, Mr Raskin said.
The meeting has been called unhinged, not normal and the craziest meeting of the Trump presidency.
It lasted more than six hours, with Mr Trumps team of outsiders squaring off against White House insiders in a tug-of-war between election conspiracies and legal realities.
Mr Raskin said the two sides traded personal insults, accusations of disloyalty to the president, and even challenges to physically fight.
Former White House aide Cassidy Hutchinson, who testified in a previous hearing, in Mr Trumps unsupervised meeting with the visitors, who were floating outlandish false theories of election fraud.
White House lawyers, including Pat Cipollone and Eric Herschmann, entered the Oval Office and told the president the theories were bogus.
Where is the evidence? Mr Cipollone recalled asking, in a video snippet from his recent closed-door interview.
It got to the point where the screaming was completely out there, Mr Herschmann said in his own recorded testimony.
Mr Giuliani described their response as not tough enough.

Over nearly twelve years, Trump tweeted around 57,000 times, including about 8,000 times during the 2016 election campaign and over 25,000 times during his presidency. The White House said the tweets should be considered official statements. A Trump-affiliated social media application Truth Social, which looks similar to Twitter, launched on February 21, 2022. Although Trump’s spokesperson Liz Harrington has, since June 2021, tweeted screenshots of his messages under the Save America logo, Harrington said in May 2022 that she would leave Twitter for Truth Social.

Permanent Suspension Of @realdonaldtrump
After close review of recent Tweets from the @realDonaldTrump account and the context around them â specifically how they are being received and interpreted on and off Twitter â we have permanently suspended the account due to the risk of further incitement of violence.
In the context of horrific events this week, we made it clear on Wednesday that additional violations of the Twitter Rules would potentially result in this very course of action. Our public interest framework exists to enable the public to hear from elected officials and world leaders directly. It is built on a principle that the people have a right to hold power to account in the open.
However, we made it clear going back years that these accounts are not above our rules entirely and cannot use Twitter to incite violence, among other things. We will continue to be transparent around our policies and their enforcement.
The below is a comprehensive analysis of our policy enforcement approach in this case.
On January 8, 2021, President Donald J. Trump Tweeted:
âThe 75,000,000 great American Patriots who voted for me, AMERICA FIRST, and MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN, will have a GIANT VOICE long into the future. They will not be disrespected or treated unfairly in any way, shape or form!!!â
Shortly thereafter, the President Tweeted:
âTo all of those who have asked, I will not be going to the Inauguration on January 20th.â
National Archives Cant Resurrect Trumps Tweets Twitter Says
The social media company says its permanent suspension of the former presidents personal account means a federally preserved version will also be blocked from the platform.
04/07/2021 04:19 PM EDT
Twitter will not allow the National Archives to make former President Donald Trumps past tweets from his @realDonaldTrump account available on the social media platform, the company told POLITICO on Wednesday, in the latest display of Silicon Valleys power over communications channels used by the U.S. government.
The statement came as the National Archives and Records Administration has been working to create an official online archive of Trumps tweets as president, including those that prompted Twitter to permanently suspend him earlier this year as a threat to public safety. NARA already maintains archives for the institutional and personal accounts of many other former Trump administration officials, in which the old tweets live on the Twitter platform and users can retweet, like and otherwise interact with them.
Twitters decision is further fuel for a debate in Washington about social media companies control over users speech, amid Republican accusations that Silicon Valleys giants are censoring conservatives. Just two days ago, Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas lamented in a 12-page opinion that technology has placed control of so much speech in the hands of a few private parties, suggesting Congress may need to step in.

Tweets As Official Statements
Throughout his presidency, Trump frequently appeared to issue orders through his tweets. Whether these tweets were official directives was unclear. A US National Archives spokesman said that Trumps tweets are considered presidential records.
In 2017, the Department of Justice argued in one court case that Trumps tweets were official statements of the President of the United States. In another case, the DOJ argued they were official policy statements but that the tweets were also personal conduct that is not an exercise of state power. The ABA Journal wrote in 2017, Theres little caselaw on to what extent government use of social media can be considered official or a public forum, which affords First Amendment protection to people who might be excluded based on their viewpoints.
In 2019, the Secretary of the US Navy said he did not interpret a Trump tweet as a formal order to act after Trump tweeted that the Navy should not take away Chief Petty Officer Edward Gallaghers status as a Navy SEAL.
In 2020, a court asked that Trump clarify his intention after he tweeted what appeared to be an order calling for the disclosure of documents related to Russian interference in the 2016 election. In a court filing White House Chief of Staff said that: The President indicated to me that his statements on Twitter were not self-executing declassification orders and do not require the declassification or release of any particular documents.
