Builder Cunat Inc. began construction of Patriot Estates in 2007 with plans to build approximately 201 ranch-style homes total in two sections. The Manors neighborhood will consist of 100 attached homes, while the Residences neighborhood will feature 101 single-family homes. Interested homebuyers can find both new and resale homes for sale at Patriot Estates.
The Manors, which will consist of 100 attached homes upon completion, offers two floor plans with 1,376 or 1,400 square feet. Each home includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. Many homes feature open concept floor plans, vaulted ceilings, and master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms.
Residents of The Manors also enjoy a low-maintenance lifestyle thanks to a homeowners association that takes care of all maintenance for common areas, home exteriors, and driveways, as well as lawn care and snow removal. This lock-and-leave lifestyle means that residents can travel as much as they want with convenience.
