A Wonderful Future Lies Ahead

Thanksgiving 2021. Those who wish to fundamentally change our nation are waging a full frontal assault against our constitutional republic. The bombardment seems overwhelming, but we are stronger. Their demand for control is a reaction to fear the Marxist movement is dependent on spreading that fear. They know their time is ending. They are more desperate now, than ever before.

Leftist city and state leaders have abandoned rule of law in favor of supporting the mob effort to destroy our sense of national unity. Political activists, left-wing ideologues under the guise of democrats, and a host of media stenographers are conducting an information war on behalf of their objective. Big tech social media companies are attempting to remove the voices of those who are fighting back. Yet, even with all that effort, We The People are stronger.

There is a great deal of purposefully driven anxiety and fear amid our nation as this multi-faceted internal war takes place. However, there is an element to this effort that each person can act to counter. Do not let yoursense of self succumb to this assault. Do not let them win the battle for your peace of mind.

It might, heck, -check that- it does seem overwhelming at times. But that is the nature of this collectivist strategy. That is the purpose of this bombardment. We must hold strong, push back, and brush off their lies and manipulations.

A loving and purposeful God is on our side.

Happy Thanksgiving America.

Email Address For The White House President Trump

Pay Dirt is a weekly foray into the pigpen of political funding. Subscribe here to get it in your inbox every Thursday.

Many things might stand in the way of ex-President Donald Trump announcing his 2024 candidacy early, but money isnt one of them.

The most recently available public data shows that Trump sits on at least $113 million. To put that in perspective, thats more than the Republican National Committee , the Democratic National Committee , and President Joe Bidens authorized committees all combined.

Trumps current stash is likely much larger, as well explain, but a complete picture wont emerge until the next round of campaign filings come in later this month.

For a former president, Trumps fundraising operation has been unprecedented in modern memory. As will be his all but inevitable plunge back into the pool, the third consecutive run for an elected president.

But that operation must work within regulatory constraints, and by forcing the issue early, Trump risks repeating a mistake he made in 2020tapping donors dry just as the race hits the home stretch.

The full Trump money apparatus is so large and incestuous that his own team cant seem to make sense of it, as Pay Dirt reported last month.

That overhaul wasnt just about moneyit may have been partly responsible for salvaging Trumps standing within the GOP.

Former President Donald Trump Posted To Truth Social On Sunday Morning Saying That He Would Like Privileged Records Seized By The Fbi To Be Returned To Him

According to a report that came out on Saturday evening, some of the documents seized by the FBI at Mar-a-Lago were allegedly protected by attorney-client privilege.

Fox News reported, the former presidents team was informed that boxes labeled A-14, A-26, A-43, A-13, A-33, and a set of documentsall seen on the final page of the FBIs property receipt contained information covered by attorney-client privilege.

In the post on Truth Social, the former president wrote that he had just learned about the claims.

Oh great! It has just been learned that the FBI, in its now famous raid of Mar-a-Lago, took boxes of privileged attorney-client material, and also executive privileged material, which they knowingly should not have taken, Trump wrote. By copy of this TRUTH, I respectfully request that these documents be immediately returned to the location from which they were taken. Thank you!

Andrew McCarthy, the former chief assistant U.S. attorney in the Southern District of New York, said that if he really wants the documents back, he should request them through the court but warned against doing so.

The sources who spoke to Fox explained that the Justice Department also opposed Trump lawyers request for the appointment of an independent, special master to review the records.

According to the receipt, the feds took about 20 boxes of documents from Trumps residence.

Prosecutors also displayed emails from months before the speech, in which Barrack pushed to get Manafort hired by the Trump campaign.

“I think it’s really, really important and Manafort is a genius killer but the opposite of Stone,” Barrack wrote in a Feb. 29, 2016, email to Ivanka Trump and Kushner.

Barrack also forwarded an email he had previously sent to Trump saying that Manafort was “the most serious and lethal of managers.”

“Thank you for being such a great friend,” Manafort emailed to Barrack after Manafort was hired as the campaign’s GOP convention manager. No responses from Ivanka Trump or Kushner were included.

Doj Asks Judge To Force Trump White House Lawyers To Testify In Jan 6 Probe

    Brandon Bell/Getty Images

The Justice Department is asking a federal judge to force the top two lawyers from Donald Trumps White House counsels office to testify about their conversations with the former President, as it tries to break through the privilege firewall Trump has used to avoid scrutiny of his actions on , according to three people familiar with the investigation.

The move to compel additional testimony from former White House counsel Pat Cipollone and deputy White House counsel Patrick Philbin just last week is part of a set of secret court proceedings. Trump has been fighting to keep former advisers from testifying before a criminal grand jury about certain conversations, citing executive and attorney-client privileges to keep information confidential or slow down criminal investigators.

But the Justice Department successfully secured answers from top vice presidential advisers Greg Jacob and Marc Short over the past three weeks in significant court victories that could make it more likely the criminal investigation reaches further into Trumps inner circle.

Jacobs testimony on October 6, which has not been previously reported, is the first identifiable time when the confidentiality Trump had tried to maintain around the West Wing after the 2020 election has been pierced in the criminal probe following a court battle. A week after Jacob spoke to the grand jury again, Short had his own grand jury appearance date, CNN reported.

For Trump Email Is The New Twitter

    By Glenn Thrush

Fridays positive jobs report might have been a day of exclamation points and all-caps self-congratulation for Donald J. Trump if he were A) still president, and B) still allowed to post on Twitter.

Instead, there was a somber tweet from the White House chief of staff, Ron Klain, who downplayed the 379,000 newly created jobs as not good enough, and Mr. Trump himself used a muted megaphone he once eschewed email to address an array of topics tailor-fit for social media.

Despite being delayed by years of litigation and politics by the Democrats, the wall is almost finished and can be quickly completed. Doing so will save thousands of lives, Mr. Trump wrote in an email on Friday, responding to recent White House moves to reverse his immigration and border wall policies.

Keep illegal immigration, crime, and the China Virus out of our country! he added in the email, sent by his post-presidential office.

It is Trumps Twitter feed, only now its my inbox, Rob Tornoe, a reporter for The Philadelphia Inquirer, posted on Twitter after the email went out.

The old-is-new email format, which has no character count or content warnings, allows the former president to ramble and speak out as before, with all the same unedited idiosyncrasies of grammar and punctuation intact.

A few hours later, he targeted Karl Rove, a former adviser of President George W. Bush, for writing an op-ed piece calling Mr. Trumps speech at CPAC hollow.

Trump Election Probe Grand Jury Hears From Raffensperger

ATLANTA Georgias top elections official appeared Thursday before a special grand jury investigating whether former President Donald Trump and others illegally tried to meddle in the 2020 election in the state.

Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger was summoned to the Fulton County courthouse where the special grand jury has been meeting, according to a subpoena obtained by The Associated Press through an open records request. Other subpoenas seek documents and testimony from five other people in his office.

Raffensperger arrived at the courthouse in downtown Atlanta on Thursday morning. When a reporter asked how the day would go, Raffensperger replied hopefully short as he walked up the steps. That wasnt the case, though. Raffensperger left after more than five hours by another exit, avoiding reporters. Its unclear if Raffenspergers testimony concluded Thursday or if he will be called back.

Trump directed his ire at his fellow Republican after Raffensperger refused to bend to pressure to overturn the votes that gave Democrat Joe Biden a narrow presidential election victory in Georgia. Raffensperger defeated a Trump-endorsed challenger in last months Republican primary.

Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis said her investigation includes looking into a January 2021 phone call in which Trump pushed Raffensperger to find the votes needed for him to win Georgia. Trump has said his call with Raffensperger was perfect and that he did nothing wrong.

Donald Trump Beats Joe Biden In Key Swing States In 2024 Matchup New Poll Shows

New polling shows Donald Trump beating President Joe Biden in five key swing states in a hypothetical 2024 matchup.

The Republicanâs margins were tighter in Arizona, Georgia and Pennsylvania.

In Arizonawhere Biden achieved his closest margin of victory last year with just 10,000 votes separating the two candidatesTrump led by 8 percentage points among likely voters in the next presidential cycle.

Jury Selection Begins In Nyc Trump Organization Criminal Trial

Former President Donald Trump may be called to testify in the Trump Organizations fraud trial in Manhattan, a judge said Monday.

The announcement was made to a pool of more than 130 potential jurors at Manhattan Supreme Court in the criminal case against Trumps namesake business, which is accused of helping its executives dodge taxes on perks like free apartments and cars.

Justice Juan Manuel Merchan told potential jurors that Trump was on the list of people whose names might come up and could be called to testify.

The selection process was set to continue Tuesday and was expected to take up to two weeks. The trial could last a month, officials said. No jurors were selected Monday.

The judge and lawyers in the case are looking to keep people with strong political opinions out of the jury box, which may prove challenging in the overwhelmingly blue borough. On Monday, Merchan privately questioned dozens of potential candidates who said they had a good faith reason not to serve and could not be impartial.

Trump, 76, is not personally on trial but has decried the case as a political which hunt by prosecutors, who twice went to the Supreme Court to obtain the Republicans tax records. Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg inherited the case from his predecessor Cy Vance, and has said Trumps personal conduct remains under investigation.

Obama’s handwritten letter to President Trump revealed

The shocking FBI raid on Mar-a-Lago quickly sparked a heated legal debate as to whether a conviction would disqualify former President Trump from running again for the White House.

As political and legal experts united in calling Mondays raid unprecedented, there was little consensus on whether it could ruin Trumps chances of a 2024 run or even hand him a surefire victory.

Soon after Trump confirmed the raid saying his Florida estate was under siege and occupied by the feds many legal experts pointed to a law they said Trump could be hit with if he was convicted of taking classified presidential records, widely thought to be the potential federal violation the raid was investigating.

Marc Elias, a lawyer for Hillary Clintons 2016 presidential campaign, highlighted it as a really, really big reason why the raid today is a potential blockbuster in American politics.

He linked to a screenshot of 18 U.S.C. § 2071, which makes it a crime if those with custody of government documents willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, falsifies or destroys them.

Anyone convicted faces up to three years in prison and shall forfeit his office and be disqualified from holding any office under the United States.
