The customer service from this business is absolutely wonderful. My dogs had gotten sick and we were concerned that they were out in the lawn too quickly after it was sprayed. Mike called me and was on the phone with me for at least a half hour making sure everything was ok. Another person who works there helped my room mate with information sheets that helped us narrow down if we needed to take our dogs in to a vet. Mike was more than just making sure we had the data to be sure nothing that had been sprayed could have made them sick- he took time just to be a compassionate and kind human and try to help find other reasons our dogs may have been sick. I’m very impressed and happy with their care.

Pretty bad communication from this company. Requested service on March 30th via response to their flyer. Followed up with phone call but had to leave voicemail. Received voice mail and two e-mails from them without any date commitment for services . Very Frustrated, I called TruGreen, and someone showed up, gave an evaluation, plan for maintenance services, all within four days of my calling. Now on 6/23/16, i find out from a door hanger, Patriot also servicing my lawns and wants past due balances of $193.50. – Spoke to manager Lauri Lzzi, she cancelled service but looking for balance anyway. – I find it just unrealistic that they would provide service without speaking to me at all.Two e-mails that i received:4/21/16 e-mail: My apologies during this time of year. I appreciate your patience. We will call you 24-48 hours before coming out to do your service and my goal is to have your service done in the course of a week. We are on schedule for our service and air temps are still cool for soil temps staying low.I left a message on your 908#.
