This dealership has got to be the worst one yet! Their customer service is so xxxxty!! Ive had to call THEM back after I was told I would get a call back from them!!! I asked to speak to their GM yet somehow he was never able to take my call! I bought a truck from their dealership paid a good bit but yet no one cleared out that I would still have to pay to get my title! Im from Texas and I went to OK because I saw the truck I got online thought it was a good deal but I did not know they DO NOT include the title in with the price. If that salesman would have mentioned it and made it clear it was not going to be included instead of making me think it was already I would have never bought the truck!! Their xxxxty customer service makes the situation even worse!

Made a deal on the phone on a used car drove 3.5 hrs there and drove the car noticed that the console lid would only open about 2inches and the jack and spare tire was missing they couldnt fix it yesterday and the sales lady offered me $500 off what we had agreed on and I said yes but the boss said NO and wouldnt take a dime less I will never step foot in a Patriot dealership agian very dissatisfied

Went in today to look at a used 2012 Buick Enclave that was listed on the web for approximately $6. Drove 1 1/2 hours to get there. The car hadnt been cleaned and was disgusting. Literally had vomit on the drivers side rear door on the inside. Test drove the car and decided to purchase it. Cash buy. Salesman walks back in with a buy sheet price of $8400. We got up and walked out. List the vehicle for the price you want to sell it for and stop playing games. Very deceptive practices.
