Brigham Health Opens Expanded Center In Foxborough

Brigham Health senior leaders and staff celebrate the opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony.

On Nov. 4, Brigham Health | Health Care Center, an expansion of Brigham and Womens/Mass General Health Care Center at Patriot Place in Foxborough, opened its doors to the public. The new facility provides patients with enhanced access to specialty services and expands much-needed access to community-based primary care.

Located at 22 Patriot Place, the new building is across the street from the existing health care center at 20 Patriot Place. For patients convenience, the buildings are connected by a pedestrian bridge at the third level.

The new facility expands Brigham Healths ability to offer personalized and patient-focused primary and specialty care services in many areas, including cardiology, dermatology, endocrinology, gastroenterology, neurology and obstetrics/gynecology. These services are located on the same campus as imaging, phlebotomy and urgent care.

The health care needs of the greater Foxborough area continue to grow. We are thrilled that this new, modern health center will enable us to deliver the Brighams superior care to more patients and families in our community, said Bill Johnston, MPA, chief operating officer of the Brigham and Womens Physicians Organization and senior vice president of Ambulatory Services.

Brigham and Women’s Urgent Care Center is staffed by Brigham and Womens emergency medicine specialists and provides non-emergency services throughout the day, after-hours, and on the weekends. This Urgent Care Center also offers access to diagnostic services, including radiology, and laboratory. All diagnostic testing requires an initial exam with one of their UCC providers. Driving Directions Within Patriot Place:

• Heading South on Route 1, pass Patriot Place Drive on the left and proceed up the hill on Route 1 to the P6/Patriot Place main entrance on the left.
• Coming North on Route 1, head to the top of the hill after the South Plaza entrance to the P6 entrance on the right.
• Turn into the P6/Patriot Place entrance. Once you enter the P6 Drive, keep left and follow the signage to the Health Care Centers. This will direct you to take a right turn between Davios Restaurant and Bar Louie Restaurant.
• After taking the right turn, follow the one-way street to the Health Care Centers 20 Patriot Place will be on the left, and 22 Patriot Place will be on the right.

Due to unusually high patient volume and necessary patient capacity limits, Urgent Care Center registration hours are subject to change in order to maintain the safest possible environment for our patients and staff. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

If you are seeking care for any cold, flu, or COVID-19 related symptoms, we kindly ask that you If you arrive to our building prior to calling, please understand that in an effort to keep all patients and visitors safe during this pandemic, you may be asked to return to your car and call the Urgent Care Center to register. You will then receive a phone call when the Urgent Care team is ready to see you, and a staff member will greet you at the front door. All patients will be seen in the order of arrival.

For symptomatic patients, we are using an nasopharyngeal PCR test, and results are typically received same day.We are NOT currently offering testing if you are asymptomatic.
