Waterbury is, for lack of a better term, an old city. The streets are ripe with historic buildings, houses, theaters, and museums and youd be hard-pressed to find any of those character-deficient cookie cutter neighborhoods that define other Eastern Seaboard cities. “Ive lived here for 2 years and since Ive moved here its been the same, quiet, except for normal day to day activity, cars going by, people walking by talking etc. Its a good neighborhood I like living here. “
