Patriots Landing, is proud to specialize in Independent living, Assisted living services, and Memory Care. Our Story One day while flying over Joint Base Lewis McChord, Careage owner and founder Gene Lynn was struck with an idea: combining exceptional retirement living and the retired military population which adds so much to the fabric of the Puget Sound region. It took several years to realize the vision Gene had that day in the sky. The land had to be secured, financing put in place, and the best designers had to be hired. An ideal location was secured in DuPont, adjacent to Joint Base Lewis McChord and Eagles Pride Golf Course. The location was also convenient to Tacoma, Seattle and Olympia. On July 14, 2005, Patriots Landing opened its doors and welcomed its first residents!

Patriots Landing includes 25 spacious cottages offering full independence, 135 clubhouse apartments in our main building where residents can live independently or receive assistance with their daily activities, and 22 thoughtfully designed Memory Care apartments. With a variety of floor plans from 330sqft – 1694sqft and ranging from studio apartments to two bedroom freestanding homes, we have the perfect fit for your needs or those of your loved one.

Our elegant residences, resort-style amenities, and superior service make every day a pleasure, brimming with choices and possibilities. Choose from 25 different floor plans in our main building to find the apartment thatâs just right for you or your loved one. Ranging from a 330-square-foot studio to a 1,694-square-foot two bedroom home, each apartment has up to 2 private bathrooms, a kitchen or kitchenette, and ample storage, while many also include a fireplace, spacious living room bonus alcove, and walk-in closets.
