I submitted an online request for pricing on a used Rogue the dealership has on it’s lot. I received an email with their best price and when the salesperson, Raul reached out to me, I confirmed the price with him. We set a time for me to come and see the vehicle the next day and although Raul said he would be there, when we arrived he texted me and said it was his day off. We were given to another salesperson and viewed the car. When I followed up to purchase the vehicle, I was told they could not honor the price they gave me. This is your bate and switch type of dealership! BEWARE! I reached out to Raul yesterday again abour purchasing the vehicle and he never reached back out to me. If you advertise a price, you should honor it. I’ll be reaching out to the state as well as this is a dishonest advertising practice.I also see others have posted the exact same experience and the owner replies stating he will take steps to make sure this doesn’t happen again… yet it does. If you say you are going to do something… follow through. Make the changes so that you do not continue to hook people into your dealership with bogus advertising.
