Mission serving vets and law enforcement is great.Lots of opportunity to move within the company.Personable feel to the company. Owners involved in the company day to day operations and welcome any feedback.Trying to standardize processes including pay.

Management sometimes all over the place with priorities.Not a lot of workers in some retail stores which makes it hard to cover when other employees are out.
The customers are great and youll get a lot of great regulars
