These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They’re also applicable regardless of the comment’s tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please dont include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.coms services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
Bookingcom Guest Review Guidelines
To keep the rating score and review content relevant for your upcoming trip, we archive reviews older than 36 months.
Only a customer who has booked through Booking.com and stayed at the property in question can write a review. This allows us to verify that our reviews come from real guests like you. Who better to tell others about the free breakfast, friendly staff, or their comfortable room than someone whos stayed at the property?
We want you to share your story, with both the good and the not-so-good. All we ask is that you follow a few simple guidelines.

In keeping with Marriott’s Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms to include the following:
- Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms and elevators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
- Personal Protective Equipment : Staff members will wear PPE based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are required and mandated to wear face coverings by local and state of MA guidelines when in public spaces in the hotel.
- Housekeeping: is operating on a reduced schedule and daily service is optional for stay overs, We are cleaning rooms every 4th and 7th day for extended stays and completed a full room deep clean upon a checkout. Daily requests for amenities is outlined upon arrival with contactless delivery.
- Fitness Center open 24 hours
- Pool is open 7am to 11pm
- Twenty8 is open for breakfast and dinner daily
- Mobile Check-In/Check-Out. Let us know via the app when you are planning to arrive and once you departed.
- Mobile Key. Forgo the front desk altogether and go straight to your guest room
- Mobile Dining. Order your private, in-room dining through the app.
- Mobile Guest Requests. Connect with us via the app to request items you would like delivered to your guest room.

This Foxboro hotel provides wired and wireless Internet access for a surcharge. Business-friendly amenities include desks, complimentary weekday newspapers, and phones. Additionally, rooms include coffee/tea makers and hair dryers. Housekeeping is provided daily.

How Guest Reviews Work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores weve received and divide that total by the number of review scores weve received. In addition, guests can give separate subscores in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so theres no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didnt actually stay there. To edit a review youve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we wont display any review that includes or refers to :
- Politically sensitive comments
- Personal or sensitive information
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Impersonation
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
