We have been using ClearDefense Pest Control for over a year now and they are great at what they do!!! Yesterday our technician was Edward and he was so personable. He even took the time to talk with my 3 year old son. And to top it off he found a dead mouse in the garage from a trap that was set last time. I’m glad he found it and not me…LOL!!! My family has used them for a few years now, so I figured when I got a new house I would use them. We have ants mostly, they started coming into our bathrooms bad and I called them. They came and sprayed… we’re almost 2 weeks into our treatment and the ants are still as bad as the day that they sprayed… I asked them to come back out, the lady said it would be no charge. Then called back the day of and told me I would be charged again…. Even though they didn’t solve the problem in the first place and regardless of any contract this is not a way to treat a customer. But no biggie, I won’t deal with them again…. Thanks for not solving my problem and wasting my money. I came to them thinking they were a good company, guess I was wrong.
