I felt very discriminated when arriving at patriot Hyundai of El Monte.The service department is very unprofessional in this place.I went there two times and they denied my service saying I wasn’t covered. I went to Ontario Hyundai the same day and they said I was covered and finished my service quickly. At Ontario Hyundai they are much more friendly and they actually willing to help you out rather than this place. I wish someone would have warned me how bad Patriot Hyundai of El Monte was.

Unbelievable bate n switch. Dealt with alondra the salegirl on a truck. Had my sister come n put the deposit because at work. Alondra gave my sis all the numbers n I called n confirmed all the numbers. Came in to sign paperwork to pick up my truck and they raise the price 4k. This is after my sister was there 3 hrs n confirmed all the numbers n me talking to her 10 times on the fone. The manager n finance manager are the stereotypical slimeball car salespeople. They said they never authorized those numbers n that I must be mistaken n alondra the sales girl looked totally stunned n lost of for words. What a waste of my time n running my credit. Don’t go to this place it is the true nightmare n what we unfortunately think of carsales people. The worst!!!

Advertised prices are not real even when stated on Cargurus and their website. I called and verified the price before driving 2hrs to get to them. Once I completed credit application and the sales person took it to the manager, the manager then said the price was $4,000 more because they did the rims and tires which were in the picture on the add. I believe he saw what I make a month and wanted more. Funny part the rims/tires are too big and hit the wheel well everytime you make a right turn left or right. Don’t trust them or their posted prices. The sales person Brianna was really nice and felt bad about what her manager did to us, the manager was the problem.
