There is nothing I can really say that is not bad about the company. As long as the DCW clicks in and out on time they are paid on time. If you have problems with clock in or out as long as you call things will be rectified. I see bad reviews on here. Most of the time its not the agencys fault its the DCW not doing their job and passing the buck to the agency. Whenever I had a problem with payroll they quickly resolved it that day. Unless it was out of there control. Even times where there was a problem with my check and it was due to my negligence patriot home care payroll and HR quickly helped me resolve my issues. The only time I had problems is when the office was shut down due to COVID and they were not working in the office.
