I chose this dealer for there 5 star reviews but I was disappointed with the service. I went to test drive a 2019 accord on friday night. First the car was filthy it had some type of plaster on it and then the tire pressure light was on. I set up an appointment 3 hours ahead the sales person should’ve had the car presentable or at least fix the tire before the test drive. I dont think he took me serious because he never checked up on me or even gave me a number to reach him after the test drive. He lost a sure sale that night.

Listed a car that wasnt readyI put a deposit down to see the car, they took the deposit even through the car wasnt ready.I made an appt to see the car… it was not even close to being ready and then after I was told that I had to contract to buy the car in order to testDrive it.

We drove 50 miles to look at a truck that was 13k after seeing the truck was informed it was now 18k . The truck should not been listed for the lower price to attract buyers.
