Stayed at the hotel for a wedding in Sharon. Employees were helpful and courteous. Room views from the north side of the hotel are a bit underwhelming and there was no refrigerator. The room was clean the bed was comfortable. We had drinks at the hotel restaurant and breakfast the next morning. Everything we had at the restaurant was very good.

I stayed here the past few days while attending a job training. The rooms are very nice, loved the no door shower and the comfy bed. The staff was great. The food was great and we ate 5 meals at the restaurant as a group. I also liked how I was able to run off to Bass Pro Shops during a lunch break. I would recommend this hotel.

Great stay for soccer match. Walk 200 yards to the stadium. Friendly staff. The breakfast was really good but it is going to cost more than the continental breakfast at the Hilton Garden Inn next door — as it should because this is a much nicer place. Rooms are clean and large. Fridge that was not prefilled so I could place what I wanted in there. Coffee/tea maker stocked in the room. AC worked great. Quite. No kids screaming, thank God. Lots of business events each day so it was a place for professionals. No problems except for the person that burnt the toast in the business center and caused to fire alarm to sound and we had to evacuate for about 15 minutes but that wasn’t the hotel’s fault — funny story to tell now but at the time my wife was in a panic thinking there might be a raging inferno about the engulf the building. The ONLY problem I had was that there was no room service according to the young lady at the restaurant but I just walked down to Five Guys for the burger I wanted anyway. This is not the Peninsula Hotel in Chicago by any means but it is far superior to anything around in the area. Next time we to go back, it’ll be with a stay here.

OK: The room: The bed was comfortable and clean The room was generally clean and nice But there were 2 pretty large ripped holes in the under curtain The bar: Something of a disaster, Over 2 nights we had three bartenders The last bartender was the manager and was nice and we had no issues The first bartender was a man who absolutely couldn’t make a drink to save his life. We had between us 5 drinks that were terrible. We ended up getting soda instead The second was a woman who also had trouble making a drink and pouring wine but we had learned enough to get beer instead

The hotel is clean and comfortable but it seems more like regular Marriott than the more upscale Renaissance brand. Room rates are steep, esp since the draw to this location is Gillette Stadium and it’s the off-season for the Patriots. I probably won’t stay here again. There are lots of other choices of hotels in the area. .

We came here to meet friends and family for drinks and dinner, so I don’t have a review for the stay at the hotel. The restaurant seated us promptly and the service was great. The food is very underwhelming for what you’re paying, and the drinks are unnecessarily pricey. One sandwich, a beer, and an Irish coffee came to over $40, and the sandwich was mediocre. A friend ordered a pizza and there’s a pizza oven right out front. I was so confused when I saw them take out a frozen pizza, unwrap the cellophane, plop it into the oven, and then stick it under a heat lamp. I thought they’d make it fresh. It’s okay here, but there are so many better restaurants in Patriot Place.

i was not an overnight guest so I cannot comment on the rooms at all. However, the service staff was great for the event I attended. Helpful, friendly, accommodating. The restaurant hosted an event and the food and desserts were fantastic. Great location for game day and close proximity to so many stores now that patriot place is so developed. Plenty of parking too! The public areas were very nice and stylish. Bathrooms had fancy thick hand towels And lobby had fruit infused water! I would definitely stay here – maybe you’ll bump into some players!

The hotel was very nicely decorated and rooms were very comfortable. With that said, being there for a wedding and a joyous event the management stood outside the rooms we were in waiting for us to get loud and taking the opportunity to bring police to the rooms and threaten to kick us out. I have stayed at a lot of hotels for a variety of different events and never have I endured this lack of understanding from such an establishment.

The staff were super friendly, the accommodations were great. The rooms were up to date and clean. The bedding was super comfortable. The only downside for guest that are not Marriot rewards members you have to pay $11 for standard internet. They do compensate if you are willing to sign up for the rewards program once you arrive and will give you complimentary access. Overall great place to stay. Would highly recommend it!
