Will Trump Be President Again

Don't Miss

Speaking Right Before Trump: Biden

The second coming of Donald Trump: Can he become president again? | 60 Minutes Australia

The real word intruded on Trump’s big announcement: Minutes before he took the stage at Mar-a-Lago, President Joe Biden spoke in Bali about a missile landing in Poland.

Speaking from the site of a G-20 economic conference, Biden said the U.S. will support Poland’s investigation into the and suspicions that Russia is involved.

Will Donald J Trump Be Americas Last President

An amazing thing happened in Israel recently. The hard right and the hard left aligned to kick Benjamin NetanYahoo to the curb. Similarly, the pro-corporate right and anti-corporate left came together in the United States to kick Donald J. Trump to the curb. When these aligned enemies realize they hate each other, they will open the door and let the dictators back in. Democracy is likely to be a casualty of a second Trump term.

There are only four possible outcomes for the 2022 U.S. midterm Congressional elections:

1. Democrats hold the House and the Senate.

2. Democrats hold the House but lose the Senate.

3. Democrats lose the House but hold the Senate

4. Democrats lose both the House and the Senate.

My thesis is that all four of these possible outcomes will lead to Donald J. Trump being elected President of the United States on Tuesday, November 5, 2024.

Barring Trump being in prison or incapacitated, he will be President of the United States again if he runs in 2024. The barr for incapacitation is set pretty high, given that Reagan, Biden and Trump were all deemed fit to be Commanders in Chief. If Trump becomes President of the U.S. again and I believe this is now likely well, you know what happens then. Ten years from now, the United States will no longer be one country.

1. Democrats hold the House and hold the Senate.

2. Democrats hold the House but lose the Senate.

3. Democrats lose the House but hold the Senate

If Trump Is Convicted He Could Still Run

As things currently stand, Mr Trump could run again. If he is convicted of a crime, it is still possible he could run.

Slate reported legal professor Kate Shaw as saying: When were talking about federal office, the limitations would really be political, not legal.

The Constitution actually is really clear about what the qualifications to run for president, or a member of Congress or Senate are.

In the annals of US political history, only three elected officials have ever been permanently barred from holding future office: former federal judges West Humphreys, Robert Archibald, and Thomas Porteous.

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis speaks at the Conservative Political Action Conference at The Rosen Shingle Creek on February 24, 2022 in Orlando, Florida.

The Trump Organization Is On Trial

After three years of investigations by Manhattan prosecutors, The Trump Organization is on trial accused of aiding some of its top executives to avoid paying income taxes on the compensation they received in top of their salaries, such as rent-free apartments and expensive vehicles.

The trial began on 24 October with jury selection.

New York District Attorney Alvin Bragg has said that his offices investigation into Mr Trump is active and ongoing, adding that no decision has been made on if Mr Trump may face criminal charges at a later date.

Mr Trump has called the investigation a political witch hunt.

The Trump Organization has rejected all claims of wrongdoing and said it looks forward to to having our day in court.

Allen Weisselberg, the former chief financial officer, is expected to be the main witness. In August, he pled guilty to receiving untaxed benefits valued at $1.7m.

It’s ‘trump Will Never Be President’ All Over Again

Donald Trump again calls for drug dealers to be executed and says he ...

We have entered a time warp and are now in 2015 and 2016. Donald Trump will never be president, we hear from everyone.

Evidence for same includes that Trump-endorsed candidates for Senate were defeated in the recent midterms. He must be the kiss of death the national media proclaim.

The “let’s blame Trump” crowd forget the Dobbs decision “ending abortion,” the great student loan scam, the marijuana legalization ploy, and the Big Lie about losing our democracy. All of these are chimeras. Abortion is not illegal just turned over to the states which are mostly protecting it quite well. The student loan scam was ruled unconstitutional, and marijuana is not going to be legalized on the federal level any time soon. As for our democracy, we’ll lose it a lot quicker with fraudulent elections than by discussing how to prevent fraud in the future.

But the base looking for handouts afflicted with low information fell for the 24/7 media bleating and the ravings of a demented old man and turned out to save something of Democrats’ dignity. Yes, Republicans lost the Senate, but the prognostications before the media hype about the Red Wave said they would anyway. Last I looked, Republicans took the House. Imagine if Trump hadn’t campaigned for them to “end Nancy Pelosi’s career”!

Getting that out of the way: Trump’s dinner with Ye and the other lunatic should never have happened, and whoever vets who gets to have dinner with him should be fired. Full stop.

Donald Trump made history in becoming the first president in US history to be impeached twice by the House of Representatives.

But while losing to Joe Biden in November 2020 may have dented the one-term presidents pride and fuelled 18-months of lies about rigged ballot boxes, Mr Trump has now confirmed he will run again for the White House in 2024.

The former president announced his 2024 plans at on Tuesday at his Mar-a-Lago estate in Florida.

Mr Trump has not stopped fundraising since moving from Washington DC to Florida, amassing a war chest of well over $100m with which he can help boost Republicans who backed his Big Lie to defeat those in the GOP who did not.

What Does Trump Need To Do To Win

Experts say Trump has to keep the Republican Party on side and should drop the big steal election result talk, which alienates swinging voters.

He should focus on the weakness of President Biden, the economy and social issues. This was shown to be effective by Virginia governor Glen Youngkin, who successfully channelled suburban voters frustrations over masking and remote schooling.

Trump can also extol the economic gains of his previous presidency from 2017 to 2019, the jobless rate hit a 50-year low and was consistently below Federal Reserve forecasts, while economic growth was also higher than anticipated.

With Russias war on Ukraine now past the six-month mark, and tensions rising over Taiwan with China, Trump might need to strike a new tone on diplomacy, but that is a lesser issue for domestic voters.

Trump did have Chinese President Xi Jinping as a guest at Mar-a-Lago in 2017 the next place they meet could be the White House.

Trump Lawyer Says He Will Be Reinstated As President If Gop Win Midterms

Christina Bobb, an attorney who has supported Donald Trump‘s legal challenge to overturn the 2020 election, has suggested a scenario in which the former president could be reinstated after the midterm elections in November.

Bobb told the conservative news outlet the Right Side Broadcasting Network what she thought could happen in states in which there was “evidence that Joe Biden cheated” in the election Trump and his allies have continuously claimed was fraudulent.

“They could withdraw their electors, or they could actually decide to award Trump electors, although I would anticipate they will probably just withdraw the electors,” she said.

“If that happens from three different states, three different resolutions go into Congress,” she said it would then be up to Congress to decide “whether they want to accept the resolutions, whether they want to act on them or not.”

“It is a complex issue that needs to be handled complexly by different state legislators and U.S. Congress, I actually think that it’s designed well, because you don’t want this to be something that you can quickly easily overturn elections,” she said.

“It needs to be something that you need many, many elected officials to take action on,” and the “majority of three different legislators.”

“I don’t know if this Congress would take action on it, however after 22…there might be, who knows?” she added, referring to the aftermath of the midterm elections in November, which could see Democrats lose seats.

Will Trump be president again?

The controversial image maker whose own baggage includes resigning from Bill Clintons re-election campaign in 1996 amid a prostitution scandal called Trump one of Americas great presidents with immense achievements.

But the greater tribute is how he defied almost every establishment in the country to achieve what America needed, and our people demanded, writes Morris.

He said voters like Trumps more popular tax, energy and immigration policies better than those of Biden and the Democrats, while crediting the ex-president with bringing more Hispanic voters into the GOP fold.

He defied the economic establishment by getting Congress to pass a massive tax cut, skillfully crafted to aim at the middle class, the working poor, and small businesses. The establishment said cut taxes on the wealthy, and it will trickle down to the rest of society. But Trump knew that trickle-down doesnt always happen. So he made sure his tax cuts were the first in recent history to target the lower middle class the working class. Trump signed a law giving a tax credit of $2,000 per child, Morris writes.

Meanwhile, Biden and other Democrats will have to defend four years of record inflation, surging crime and increased illegal immigration at the southern border.

Proving that Trump would do better? That one is easy. We know that Trump would do better, because when he was president, he did do better, Morris said.

He said America was energy independent when Trump left office.

A Second Trump Administration Would Be Limited To One Term Says Us Constitution

Whether Donald Trump’s White House comeback succeeds, including winning the Republican nomination, is for voters to decide.

The only thing that’s certain is a second Trump presidency would be limited to one term. That much has already been decided by the U.S. Constitution.

The 22nd Amendment states it pretty clearly: “No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice, and no person who has held the office of President, or acted as President, for more than two years of a term to which some other person was elected President shall be elected to the office of the President more than once.”

Desantis Reaction To A Possible Announcement

DeSantis declined to comment on Trump’s expected announcement Tuesday but did say that the newly-minted criticism from the former president and his allies is meaningless “noise.”

“At the end of the day, I would just tell people to go check out the scoreboard from last Tuesday night,” DeSantis told reporters.

Donald Trump Twice Impeached And Under Fbi Investigation Launches 2024 White House Bid

  • Former President Donald Trump has officially launched a campaign for president in 2024, filing papers with the FEC declaring himself a candidate for the presidency and establishing a campaign committee.
  • The campaign will be Trump’s third run for president, but his first time trying to win votes since his refusal to accept his 2020 election loss led to the deadly attack on the U.S. Capitol.
  • The announcement comes just a week after Republicans lost key midterm races, prompting some in the party to blame Trump.
  • The dynamics of a 2024 GOP primary have shifted dramatically in the past week, after newly reelected Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis emerged as a serious likely challenger to Trump.

WASHINGTON Former President Donald Trump announced Tuesday night that he was running for president in 2024, laying out an aggressively conservative agenda that includes executing people convicted of selling drugs.

The campaign will be Trump’s third run for president, but his first time trying to win votes since his refusal to accept his 2020 election loss and his frantic effort to hold onto power led to the deadly attack on the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021.

“We are a nation in decline. We are a failing nation for millions of Americans,” Trump said in a speech at his private Florida club, attacking President Joe Biden’s record in his first two years in office. “I will ensure Joe Biden does not receive four more years.”

Will Trump Be Disqualified From Running For President Again If Doj Prosecutes Him

The January 6 committee holds their final meeting to vote on criminal referrals against former President Donald Trump in the Cannon House Office Building in Washington, U.S. December 19, 2022.Photo by Jim Lo Scalzo/Pool via REUTERS.

The Houses January 6 committee held its final televised meeting today. They made four criminal referrals to the Department of Justice: inciting insurrection, conspiracy to defraud the United States, obstruction of an act of Congress, and making knowingly and willfully materially false statements to the federal government. The move came two years to the day after Trump tweeted an invitation to a protest on January 6, 2021, telling his supporters, Be there. Will be wild!

‘Referrals is the key here because this is a House Select Committee. Obviously, they can’t go into federal court and prosecute anybody. What they can say to the Department of Justice is we’ve interviewed thousands of people, we have thousands and thousands of pages of evidence and transcripts, and here’s why we think that you can actually go into a court, and prove these charges beyond a reasonable doubt, says Jessica Levinson, professor at Loyola Law School.

The criminal referrals now go to an independent counsel with the Department of Justice. Theyll be in charge of parsing through the evidence to make a determination.

Levinson says that if Trump is convicted, its unclear whether hed be barred from holding office.

Would Trumps Support Change If He Were Charged With A Crime

The former president faces a handful of investigations, including from the Department of Justice and the U.S. House select committee on the origins of the Jan. 6 attack, a grand jury looking into potential election interference in Georgia and, most recently, an FBI probe into classified materials removed from the White House and kept at Trumps Florida estate. Some had been recovered or returned earlier this year. But when the FBI executed a search warrant at Mar-a-Lago last month, agents still found more than 100 classified documents and 43 empty folders with classified markings, among thousands of other official records, according to a Department of Justice list of items.

Support for Trumps candidacy in 2024 would not change much if any of these investigations result in Trump being charged with a crime, according to this poll. Sixty-five percent of Americans would oppose another run for the White House. More than six in 10 Republicans would still want to see him launch a campaign. Meanwhile, 73 percent of independents say he should not run again if he is charged.

The Push For Desantis

An unprecedented race by nature is unpredictable, but one thing seems fairly certain: DeSantis will play a large role, one way or another.

A number of Republicans are pushing DeSantis to run against Trump, citing his success winning reelection last week as opposed to Trump’s failures.

The conservative Club For Growth, an anti-tax organization, put out polls showing DeSantis winning one-on-one contests against Trump in Iowa and New Hampshire, the first two states to hold Republican delegate contests in the 2024 nomination race. Club-sponsored polls also showed DeSantis ahead of Trump in Florida and Georgia.

David McIntosh, president of the Club For Growth’s political arm, said the polling shows that “Republican primary voters recognize Trumps insults against Republicans as hollow and counterproductive, and its taking a significant toll on his support.”

McIntosh and Trump clashed over strategy and candidates at points during the 2022 midterm campaign.

Joe Rogan Reveals If He Will Ever Host Donald Trump On His Podcast

These Trump supporters are convinced he will be president again on March 4

We refused any payment. Some said that Trump was suspicious of those he paid, worried that he was being ripped off. We felt that by turning down any formal role in the campaign, we could skirt the infighting that raged inside, Morris said.

We also decided, jointly with the president, that the calls and our consulting role should be kept secret. And so it remained for the ensuing seven months.

Morris also chuckled about what he learned about Trump: You cant change his aggressive, forceful personality.

Trump is Trump. Like it or lump it. Hell never change, and I came to realize that his manner could not be divorced from his successful outcomes. Change one, and you would forfeit the other, he said.

He previously said the 2024 contest could be a rematch between Trump and Hillary Clinton.
